Management Tools

 

 

 

Several tools are availble for users of ESI phone systems, including Presence Management (security access, presence indication, doorphone and time clocks), ESI TimeLine software for getting reports on employee building access and time worked, Call Accounting software to run detailed reports on employee or department phone call activity (summary or detailed), and complete Call Recording solutions to enhance training and customer service, and limit liability.

 

 

 

PRESENCE MANAGEMENT - AN ESI EXCLUSIVE!

  • Security Access--Doorphones feature tight integration with phone system, allowing for communication with the outside and unlocking doors by pressing a button on your phone
  • RFID Scanning Technology allows users with security cards or keychain fobs to gain access to locked doors, on schedules you specify
  • By waving a fob/card over the doorphone reader, other phone users will know you are out of the building, your phone will go into Do Not Disturb, and you may optionally have a different greeting play and/or have calls transfer to your cell phone.
  • Doorphones can also be used as timeclocks to make management and payroll easier (see below)
  • Detailed door access reporting is possible through use of optional TimeLine software (see below)

ESI TIMELINE SOFTWARE

  • TimeLine works in conjunction with Presence Management to allow you to determine when employees have entered or left the building, or have clocked in or out.
  • Export function allows you to quickly and easily run payroll, in conjunction with popular payroll programs or services such as Quickbooks or ADP.
